Hello
This is probably a bug.
Could you tell when that happens?
Can you please attach the minidump? (C:/Windows/minidumps)
-
Hi Tigzy.
The incident happened during initialization of the program. How do I attach the dump file,it won't let me attach.dmp file type?
Thanks
Mike

Hopefully you can figure out the problem:)

Thanks. What is your operating system, which version of RogueKiller did you use (x86/x64) ?
EDIT: You've zipped a shortcut, not the actual file :)

Hi All.
Sorry for the late response, please see attached dump file.
Many thanks.

Hi.
I was using x64 version 9.2.3.0.
Many thanks.

I had the same problem, started in safe mode + networking and it worked fine, but I don't know if it will find everything that way.
There's no recent dump file in the minidumps directory.

I think we've had enough dumps for now, problem has been spotted but is not easy to fix.
Just to be sure, does that happen during initialization?

Hi All.
Just tried running the program again and it goes BSOD within 5 seconds of starting up.
Thanks for any help.

Hello
Which version did you try?
The latest is 9.2.12
-
I am experiencing BSOD within a few seconds of scanning as well with the new version downloaded.
Running x32 bit mode under Vista Ultimate Sp2 , note :
right before BSOD there was a popup message from 360 security warning me of a driver startup modification going by the name :
Securecheck.sys or something simular to Secure something.
then right after the popup BAM! BSOD reboot after memory dump with the error code 0x0000007B
Hope to get this sorted !
