Title: "Error [5]" in the status column after deleting registry keys

After selecting some suspicious PUMs and clicking Delete, the selected records now show a status of "Error [5]".

What does that mean?

Hello

Error 5 is ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED.
Some program is preventing the removal. Do you have a report to show please?
