Title: Need help! Malware takeover.

My computer is very seriously infected with malware. I have tried every program I can find in an attempt to remove them. I've tried Malwarebytes, Malwarebytes chameleon, Adwcleaner, AVG, plus others and I've ran rogue killer. I've got the report but I have no idea what I need to delete and what I need to keep. the programs always detect the same things and say that they have removed them, but they always reappear immediately afterwards. It was a chore trying to make an account for this site because I am constantly being bombarded with all types of adds. I'm at my wits end at this point. I'll attach the rogue Killer report:
