Title: Help please, this is all new to me

I ran rouge killer as I am having a problem every time I reboot, the monitor, not computer, goes to sleep for about 15 seconds then comes back. I have had 2 versions of rouge Killer in the last one and this latest one, the last scan I ran said this, please tell me what to do, thanks, I'm on windows 8.1, 24 megs of ram, 64 bit:

Nothing to do I'm afraid. Looks like a configuration error, on worst, hardware error.
