This is an issue with VirtualBox Hardening feature.
Oracle developers haven't properly fixed their code for years, causing many problems.

Please open Windows Notepad, copy-paste the content below into it and save the file as vBoxWorkaround.reg.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\VBoxDrv]
"Start"=dword:00000003

Double-click on it, accept the merge, then reboot your system.
Did it solve the issue ?

Hi,

Latest scans didn't detect anything. Your computer is clean.
The GPU-Z-v2 detection is related to a temporary driver used by GPU-Z and not linked to any kind of rootkit.

Hi,

In theory, it should be possible, UcheckCMD Portable not being tied to any Windows account.

However, I strongly advise you to test it before (on a VM, for exemple), because a lot of software write files in the %APPDATA% directory of the user account logged in at the moment of the installation.
Since it's not really an account like the others, SYSTEM has not such a directory so there is no way to tell how the installers will behave.
